Suikoden 2 problem

Hi, did anybody try the PSx version of the Suikoden 2? Anyone has problem at the mist monster stage? The game just hangs there

I just beat the Mist Monster and had no issues.

BUT...............


Try this:

Save to a different file.

Turn off the game and load THAT NEW file.

Try it then. There could be a corruption with the save file and it is causing the game to hang.

If it keeps up I will get another copy and put it up for download.

Hi Ryash, i tried a few times but it cant work. What emulator are you using? Please advise. Please post the safe file. Thanks in advance. I am using psxfin.

I used ePSXe 1.7.0

You can probably get a newer version though.

It works very well with every game. Try that emulator and get back to me.

Yah, thanks you have been extremely helpful. The failed emulator is Psxfin. Take note to use the right emulator when playing the game. For it to hang and stuck halfway is extremely demoralising. I am at Greenhill currently in the game. Really one of my fav RPG games of all time.
